Join Vertaview Group as our Permanent|Full-time Risk & Quality Advisor in our Eight Mile Plains Location!
We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Risk & Quality Advisor with some quality experience in the NDIS, community services, mental health, or allied health to help us maintain our accreditation across a range of frameworks. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Internal Audits: Conduct risk-based audits aligned with the Three Lines Model of Assurance to ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory, contractual, and organisational standards. Develop and review audit tools as needed.
- Practice and service quality assurance: Use the assurance model to pinpoint practice gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the organisation.
- Quality and Risk Monitoring: Oversee quality improvement activities, on-site leader inductions, and practice forums. Monitor feedback and risk activities, providing insights to implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse trends in quality and risk, prepare reports, and contribute to the development of risk and quality performance outcomes.
- Consultancy: Provide expert guidance on feedback, risk, and quality management matters to support improved practices.
About You:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications: Human services sector including, allied health professional, social worker, registered nurse, behaviour support practitioner etc.
- Experienced in Risk & Quality: You have a strong background in risk and quality management, ideally within the human services sector with some quality experience in the NDIS, community services, mental health, or allied health.
- Audit Skills: You bring experience in auditing compliance with legislation, standards, and accreditation processes.
- Analytical Mindset: You can assess data and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations.
- Positive Attitude: You are committed to supporting people with disabilities and mental health conditions, aligning with Vertaview Groups values and Code of Conduct.

- Advanced Computer Literacy including Word and Excel
- Australian Working Rights
- Current QLD Drivers Licence
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willing to obtain
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card) or willing to obtain
