We’re seeking a dynamic and hands-on Senior Quality Officer to lead, implement and drive quality improvement across our organisation. This full-time, office-based role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is practical, collaborative, and ready to step into a role where your work has direct and visible impact across the organisation.

About Infinity Community Solutions Ltd (ICS)
ICS is a boutique, secular, social purpose organisation dedicated to making a difference in the lives of individuals. We provide evidence-based, trauma-informed services across Queensland and South Australia, underpinned by a deep commitment to child safety and best practice.

This role is central to enhancing quality systems, strengthening compliance, and enabling excellence in service delivery. We’re looking for someone who genuinely believes in the value of quality and compliance, and who sees it not as a checkbox exercise, but as an essential and meaningful way to uphold the integrity of our work.

Working closely with the Executive Director – Service Delivery Support & Quality Systems, you will lead quality assurance processes, contribute to risk management and clinical compliance initiatives, help shape and maintain ICS’s Quality Management System, and promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement throughout the organisation.

What you’ll be doing:

Developing and implementing operational and organisational policies, procedures and systems in line with legislation, accreditation and service standards

Maintaining and improving the Quality Management System and supporting clinical and operational governance

Working closely with frontline and leadership staff to ensure continuous quality improvement

Supporting internal and external accreditation and licensing compliance processes

Championing cultural safety, equity, and inclusive practice across all quality and compliance work

What’s in it for you?

Full-time, permanent role

Salary packaging available - increase your take-home pay

Access to professional development and over 200+ online learning modules

Supportive and inclusive team culture that values initiative and follow-through

Employee Assistance Program and wellbeing resources

Who we are looking for:

You’re experienced in designing, implementing, and monitoring quality systems, and you’re practical in how you do it

You bring strong policy and compliance skills, ideally within human or social services

Strong understanding of key accreditation frameworks including NDIS Quality Standards and Human Services Quality Framework

Familiarity with risk and compliance systems and processes

Proficient in Work Health and Safety and Privacy legislation

You hold a relevant qualification and at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role

You have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities calmly and professionally

You hold (or are eligible for) a Blue Card, valid driver licence, and can meet all other relevant screening requirements

Collaborative and supportive team player

Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking

Committed to client-centred, ethical, and principled practice

Able to identify and implement process improvements

Desirable but not essential:

Experience in the community or child protection sector

Knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and a commitment to culturally safe practice

How to apply
To apply, please submit a brief cover letter (max 2 pages) outlining your interest in the role and your relevant experience, along with your current resume.

Applications close 5pm, 4th July 2025 - but don’t wait. We will be reviewing applications and interviewing as they are received.
