About us:
Gladstone Hospital is a 70-bed hospital and offers a range of general and specialist inpatient and outpatient services including emergency, general medicine and surgery, basic orthopaedic, clinical investigation, obstetrics, maternity, gynaecology, high dependency and coronary care, palliative care, medical imaging, pathology and paediatrics.
About the role:
The primary purpose of the position is to provide specialist advice and support to the Gladstone and Banana Unit on all aspects of quality and safety, quality improvement including Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service (CQHHS) Quality, Safety and Risk (QSR) strategic priorities and The National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards, Aged Care Standards, Disability Standards and other key standards while collaborating to ensure a standardised approach with QSR Unit CQHHS.
About you:
Administration Officer (AO7) – no mandatory qualifications are required; however a relevant post-graduate certificate is highly desirable.
Clinical Nurse Consultant (Nurse Grade 7) - current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a current annual practising certificate are mandatory for this position. A relevant post-graduate certificate is highly desirable.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $166,569 is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $68.60 - $73.62 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
