The Principal Advisor will lead the development, coordination, and implementation of Department-wide initiatives focused on strengthening psychosocial risk management. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers and supervisors, providing expert guidance on practical and effective psychosocial risk management approaches. This includes assistance with planning, implementing, and evaluating initiatives, ensuring alignment with legislative obligations and Departmental priorities.
