💼 About the Role

As the Assistant Manager, you will:

Support the Service Manager in daily operations of the service

Lead and mentor a team of educators to deliver engaging programs

Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and school staff

Ensure compliance with NQF, WHS, and Active OOSH policies

Step into the Service Manager role when required

Be part of a dynamic, passionate, and supportive team that values creativity, inclusion, and fun

Contribute to a service that genuinely makes a positive impact on children, families, and the wider community.

🌟 We’re Looking for Someone Who:

Has experience in Out of School Hours Care or Early Childhood Education

Holds (or is working towards) a relevant qualification (Cert III / Diploma or higher)

Demonstrates leadership, initiative, and excellent communication skills

Has a passion for creating meaningful, play-based learning experiences

Is confident in managing bookings, staff, and daily routines

Current WWCC, First Aid (including Asthma & Anaphylaxis), and Child Protection training required
