WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a unique individual to spearhead our business development in Australia, who is capable of driving new market engagement and sales growth. You will play a key role in expanding the app’s user base among property developers, property managers and landlords, ensuring alignment with market needs and maximizing revenue opportunities.
You will be the consummate Sales professional with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the residential or commercial property management landscape. The role will need an individual who understands PropTech and how to sell subscription based software solutions. Most importantly the candidate must be able to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract negotiation and close.
Specifically, the work will include …
Identify and engage potential partners (property management companies, real estate firms, landlords).
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Represent the company professionally and prepare and deliver sales presentations to drive traction with client decision makers.
Prepare contract proposals and negotiate SaaS Agreements.
Use CRM tools (i.e. HubSpot) to track leads, manage pipelines, and report on performance.
Monitor trends in property tech and tenant engagement platforms.
Analyse competitor offerings and market feedback to refine product positioning.
Provide input on pricing models, sales materials, and competitive positioning.
Collaborate with product and software development teams to ensure market fit.
You need to be a passionate and driven self starter with an overwhelming desire to be successful.
The role operates from our office at the Rocks, and while we support hybrid work from home options, we expect the individual to work a minimum of 3 days in the office a week.

ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will need to following:
Bachelor Degree in a business or commercial discipline
5+ years in sales or business development, ideally in PropTech, SaaS, or real estate-related industries
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of exceeding targets.
Familiarity with tenant apps, property management platforms, or digital tools for real estate is a plus.
Demonstrated communication skills - both verbal and written
References will be required (at least two professional referees)
