Leading Australian owned food ingredient company located Kingsgrove seeking enthusiastic junior to join shipping team . A recent school leaver is ideally sought with strong work ethic. Due to the fast paced environment a person who is reliable and efficient.

The role reports to the Shipping Manager .

The role is permanent full time .

Monday - Friday 8.30 am - 5.00 pm.

About the role:-

Primarily focus on export shipments for shipping, logistics, freight and admin duties.

Liaising with warehouse and internal departments.

You will be confident to deal with carriers, suppliers, contractors to the business.

Handling export shipments and related documents.

About you :-

Seeking a local person who may be recent school leaver or has 1 year local experience in Exports and administration.

Willing to learn and be trained in export shipping procesess

You have the initiative to work within a continually changing environment

Strong attention to detail a must

You enjoy working as part of dedicated team.

You have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

You will be communicating with various entities via phone, thus a confident phone manner and strong communication a must!

You must be proficient with Microsoft Office in Word, Excel, Outlook.
