Position: Junior Pick Packer

Role Overview:

Boonma Pty Ltd, a family-run leader in the automotive parts industry for over 30 years, is seeking a Junior Pick Packer to support our warehouse operations. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to join a trusted business and develop skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment. As a Junior Pick Packer, you’ll assist with picking, packing, and dispatching orders to ensure our customers receive accurate and timely deliveries. Prior experience is not required, but a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are essential to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn to pick and pack orders accurately following company guidelines.
• Assist with performing quality checks to ensure correct items are picked and packed.
• Support warehouse organization by stocking shelves and keeping track of inventory.
• Assist with unloading deliveries and organizing stock within the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow health and safety procedures.
• Work as part of the warehouse team to complete tasks efficiently and support order fulfillment.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• No prior experience necessary, but any warehouse or pick/packer experience is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a can-do attitude.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking (training provided).
• Physical ability to lift and move stock safely.
• Holding a valid driver’s license will be an advantage.
