About the Role
We're seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead this fast-paced and high-performing boutique. This is an ideal opportunity for a commercially minded leader who is passionate about customer engagement, driving sales, and developing a successful team.

What You Will Do

Take ownership of store performance and consistently exceed KPIs

Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service

Build and maintain a strong team culture focused on results

Manage visual merchandising, stock, and daily operations

Foster a strong client base through personalised service

What You Will Bring

Previous experience as a Store Manager in fashion or specialty retail ideal

A confident and natural salesperson who loves the sales floor

Strong leadership with a focus on coaching, development, and accountability

High-level operational and organisational skills

A customer-first mindset with energy and presence
