About the Role
We're on the lookout for a passionate and driven Store Manager to lead a high-performing team in a beautiful bridal showroom. Working Tuesday to Saturday, you'll be the heartbeat of the store, coaching your team, driving performance, and creating magic moments for every customer. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives on people development and team success.

What You Will Do

Lead from the front, supporting your team through training, mentoring and development

Oversee daily store operations and maintain a high standard of customer service

Manage KPIs, sales goals, and conversion rates while fostering a supportive and celebratory environment

Contribute to a seamless and memorable bridal shopping experience

Uphold visual merchandising and product presentation standards

What You Will Bring

Experience leading a consultative retail environment - bridal, fashion or styling backgrounds highly regarded

A strong coaching mindset and passion for team growth

Ability to balance operational excellence with outstanding customer service

Self-motivated, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, emotionally rewarding setting
