About the Role
A rare opportunity has become available for an experienced Concession Store Manager to lead a boutique-style retail space in Rundle Mall. This is the ideal role for a motivated leader who thrives in a premium retail environment, enjoys driving sales through service, and is passionate about coaching and developing a small, dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor and develop a small team to meet and exceed sales targets
* Deliver a personalised and premium customer experience
* Maintain strong visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines
* Build strong customer relationships through CRM and styling services
* Manage stock, store operations, and uphold brand presentation standards
* Work collaboratively with the department store team and head office support

What We're Looking For
* Solid background in retail fashion management (concession experience highly regarded)
* A confident, service-driven leader with strong commercial acumen
* Strong eye for style, presentation, and customer engagement
* Excellent communication, time management and problem-solving skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to manage a small team independently
* Flexible and reliable with availability for weekend and peak trade periods
