We offer a wide range of the latest release, quality, branded sporting equipment, apparel and accessories for both the casual enthusiast and the serious competitor.

We're on the lookout for an Experienced Store Manager to lead our high-performing team in Golden Grove, South Australia.

If you have strong planning skills, know your way around inventory, or even better, sports specific performance footwear, we'd love to hear from you.

With our manager off to raise their family, this is your time to step into a fast-paced, hands on role, where team building, structure and clear, open communication are key.

What we're looking for:

• Passion for Footwear: A genuine love for footwear and footwear sales is essential.
• Leadership Skills: You'll need to inspire, train, and motivate your team to achieve success.
• Team Player: We want someone who thrives in a collaborative environment but can also work independently.
• Flexibility: You'll need to be adaptable and available to work one day per weekend.

This role involves working 80 hours fortnightly, and being capable of working 2 out of 4 weekend days each fortnight.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Experience in retail management(sports or fashion retail is a bonus, but not essential).
• Proven wins in leading by example and delivering first class, knowledgeable customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for sports, fashion, and culture.
• The ability to motivate and inspire a team to meet and exceed targets.
• A reliable, ambitious, and approachable attitude.
• A solid understanding of computer/POS systems.
• Strong aptitude in Visual Merchandising, stock control, store security and basic financial reporting
