A leading Australian retail group is expanding into Myer Adelaide, and we're looking for a driven Concession Manager to launch and lead two fashion brands within this high-profile CBD location.

This is a full-time position on a Tuesday to Saturday roster, paying up to $67K + Super, with real scope to grow as the footprint and team evolve.

About the Role

You'll take ownership of two brands inside Myer, bringing together premium fashion and an exceptional customer experience. From building a new team to driving sales and delivering visual standards, you'll be the face of this exciting new venture.

What You Will Do

Launch and lead two fashion brands within Myer Adelaide

Drive sales and meet key KPIs through inspiring service and strong floor leadership

Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing retail team

Deliver best-in-class stock management and visual merchandising

Liaise with department store stakeholders to ensure seamless trade

What You Will Bring

Previous experience as a Store or Concession Manager in fashion or department store retail ideal

A hands-on, lead-from-the-front approach

Strong commercial acumen and the ability to work across two brand identities
