Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day caretaking duties across five residential buildings and terrace homes
• Identify and diagnose basic maintenance issues, coordinating trades where required
• Liaise with tenants, body corporate representatives, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor building presentation, security, and compliance standards
• Attend body corporate meetings as required
• Maintain records and task management using MyBos software

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential property or hotel/hospitality with guest services and basic maintenance exposure
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work onsite 5 days per week and respond to occasional emergencies
• Comfortable liaising with a range of stakeholders including residents, contractors, and body corporate
• Car required for emergency callouts (free parking provided onsite)
