Role: Strata Manager

Our client is looking for a standout experienced Strata Manager who will thrive in managing a portfolio of mixed buildings that has been well looked after.

You are a great communicator and have an empathetic nature, a drive to exceed expectations, and to celebrate the wins you have with your committee!

Your role

• Facilitating AGMs and committee meetings
• Liaising with owners, committee members, and agents
• Managing budgets and financial details
• Managing maintenance and contractor activities
• Administering aspects of insurance
• And just being amazing at what you do!
