About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable Administration Officer – Housing Operations to join our dynamic team at Everhomes. This role is vital to the smooth functioning of our housing operations and tenant services. You will support the day-to-day administration of tenancy processes, property updates, and marketing while playing an essential role in ensuring a positive experience for our tenants and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with tenancy processes including lease preparation, application administration, and document compliance.
Maintain up-to-date property and tenant records, ensuring listings are accurate as tenants transition in and out of homes.
Respond to enquiries through the tenant email inbox and 1300 phone line, escalating issues where needed.
Assist with managing some maintenance requests, liaising with internal housing staff, tenants, and trades.
Support the coordination and documentation of property inspections and condition reports.
Contribute to marketing and outreach activities, including updates to property listings and coordination with community stakeholders.
Provide flexible administrative support across the organisation as required, particularly in areas related to tenancy, operations, and people first matters.

Job Specific Skills
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a variety of administrative tasks simultaneously.
Clear and professional communication skills for interacting with tenants, internal teams, and external providers.
A problem-solving approach, with the ability to identify and address issues promptly and effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools; familiarity with property or tenancy systems is preferred but not essential.
Prior experience in administration, property, or tenancy coordination is advantageous but not required.
Interest in growing within the fields of housing, property, or social services administration.
