• $45-50 per hour plus super for the temp period of up to six months. $75K plus super for permanent role.

$400 million Australian organisation involved in the sale of high dollar value equipment through many branches across Australia and New Zealand.

The role
Reporting to the AP Supervisor, you will work in a finance team of 15 in this newly created role.

The responsibilities
Your new role involves:

• managing the AP inbox and responding to queries, conducting investigations and solving problems.
• reviewing, coding and processing invoices for all States, four entities and multiple cost centres.
• paying invoices in multiple currencies.
• coordinating approvals and managing weekly payment runs.
• supplier account reconciliations, account set up and ledger maintenance.

The candidate
In order to be shortlisted for this role, you will:

• have full function accounts payable experience, including experience of coding invoices using a complex cost centre structure for multiple entities.
• be comfortable with manual processing.
• enjoy having control of your function and running it efficiently.
• be a citizen or Permanent Resident.

The rewards
During the temp to perm period of up to six months, you will enjoy an hourly rate of $45-50 per plus superannuation. When you transition to the permanent role, our client is offering $75K plus superannuation.
