We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Teacher Aide to join our vibrant learning community on a part-time basis (3 days per week). This position plays a vital role in supporting teachers and enhancing student learning outcomes in the primary years (Years 5 & 6).

This position is part-time, term-time commencing Semester 2, 2025 for the remainder of the school year.

Key duties and responsibilities are:

Assist classroom teachers in the preparation and delivery of learning activities

Work with individual students or small groups to support literacy, numeracy, and social development

Provide supervision and support during classroom and outdoor activities

Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

Support students with diverse learning needs under teacher guidance

Assist with general classroom organisation and administrative tasks

Demonstrate a warm, nurturing and patient approach

Have experience working with children in an educational setting

All staff are required to hold a current Working With Children Check (blue card) before commencing at the College.
