Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Skilled Structural Steel Painter to join our team at our facility in Rydalmere, NSW.

The Role

As a Structural Steel Painter at Ironarc, your responsibilities will include:

Surface preparation (blasting, sanding, cleaning) of structural steel

Applying industrial coatings including primers and topcoats

Using airless spray guns and other application tools

Inspecting finished work to ensure compliance with quality standards

Maintaining a clean and safe work area

Collaborating with other team members to meet project deadlines

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Proven experience painting structural steel or industrial equipment

Familiarity with protective coating systems and surface preparation techniques

Experience with airless spray equipment and hand tools

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work

Ability to interpret paint specifications and work unsupervised

White Card and relevant trade qualifications (preferred)
