Sales Estimator (Trainee or Experienced)

All Cleared Pty Ltd is a fast-growing demolition and site preparation company operating across SEQ. We’re currently seeking a motivated and reliable Sales Estimator to join our team.

We’re open to both experienced estimators or someone ready to be trained — if you’re confident, organised, and eager to grow in construction, this could be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to builder quote requests and enquiries

Respond to online quote requests and enquiries

Gather site plans, notes, and project details

Prepare and structure quotes using company templates

Schedule site inspections (if needed)

Track quote approvals and manage documentation via DocuSign

Liaise with clients to confirm details, permits, and updates

About You

Experienced candidates:

Strong background in construction estimating or quoting (demolition or trades a plus)

Confident dealing with builders and pricing scopes

Familiar with AroFlo, DocuSign, and cloud-based job systems

Trainees:

Strong work ethic, detail-focused, and keen to learn

Confident communicator

Comfortable with construction processes or working alongside trades
