This 6-month contract role is based in our comfortable St Peters office. Shifts are Monday-Friday, 12-5PM.

Exceptional communication skills and phone manner

Excellent data entry skills, as you will be taking and entering high volumes of orders and invoices

Genuinely enjoy dealing with customers, and show empathy and problem-solving skills when things go wrong

Previous experience required:

Experience as a customer service representative (Call Centre or Customer Facing)

Excellent oral & written communication skills

Previous data entry and handling of high volumes of orders/invoices

Proven ability to resolve customer enquiries

Competency in Microsoft Office

Ideally an understanding of fresh produce
