About the role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Event Stylist/Coordinator to join our dynamic events team at Set Your Scene - Event hire + Style' in Adelaide. In this casual role, you will be responsible for bringing our clients' event visions to life through exceptional styling and coordination services. With a focus on creating visually stunning and memorable events, you will work closely with our team to ensure the successful execution of events across a range of industries.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborate with clients to understand their event theme, style and objectives, and translate this into a cohesive event design
• Source, coordinate and style event decor, furnishings and other elements to bring the client's vision to life
• Manage event setup and pack down, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to coordinate event logistics and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
• Provide on-site coordination and management during events to ensure everything runs smoothly
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our event styling and coordination processes

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in event styling and coordination, ideally within the event hire or events industry
• Demonstrated eye for design, with the ability to creatively translate client briefs into visually striking event concepts
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers and the wider events team
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work well under pressure and respond quickly to changing requirements
• A passion for the events industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
