Previous dental experience minimum of 1 year

For Dental Assistants: Experience in chairside assisting, sterilisation, and infection control

For Receptionists: Experience with dental software (D4W, Exact, or similar) and appointment coordination

🎯 Responsibilities:

Receptionist Duties:

Greeting patients and managing the front desk

Booking appointments, answering phones, and handling enquiries

Processing payments and health fund claims

Supporting the clinical team with admin duties

Dental Assistant Duties:

Chairside assistance during procedures

Cleaning and sterilising instruments

Stock management and room setup

Supporting patient care and ensuring smooth clinical flow
