Pearl Recruitment is partnering with a national landscaping company known for delivering large-scale projects across commercial, residential, and civic spaces. Their QLD division is growing, and we are on the lookout for skilled and motivated landscapers to join their construction team.

You will be involved in transforming large public spaces, including parks, ovals, and playgrounds, into functional areas that the community will enjoy for years to come.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Leading and supervising a team of landscapers and gardeners, ensuring high standards of service.
• Reporting to the Area Manager and collaborating with clients to ensure project goals are met.
• Operating gardening machinery, including mowers, tractors, and whipper snippers.
• Preparing reports for senior management and assisting with administration as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Physically fit with a can-do attitude and willingness to help with hands-on tasks.
• Full Australian working rights
