We are seeking a professional Front Desk Concierge, to work within a prestigious Melbourne venue, as the first point of contact with the Members and Guest.
About the role:
You will be responsible for the operations of the Front Desk, greeting and assisting guest, assisting with client request, handling incoming calls and enquires, check in and check out of guest, confirming bookings, processing client requests, basic security monitoring and administrative task.
Working a rotating 7 day roster, including morning and overnight shifts, you will be offered a competitive salary, overtime, the opportunity to earn a end of year bonus, uniform provided, daily meal whilst on shift.
On commencing the role you will undergo a two week induction, with ongoing mentorship within the role and First Aid training.
About You:
Strong front office/reception and administration experience
Exceptional personal grooming and presentation
Strong communication skills
Ability to self-manage and work efficiently on-site
Intermediate level of computer and system literacy
