About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Front Office Manager (FOM) to lead our front office operations and team. This is a pivotal, guest-facing leadership role – ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic hospitality environment and is ready to take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, inspire, and coach the front office team to consistently deliver outstanding guest service.

Create a warm, professional, and engaging front desk experience with a focus on guest recognition and satisfaction.

Oversee daily operations of the front office, including staffing, procedures, and service standards.

Handle guest concerns with calmness and resolve, setting the standard for the team in problem-solving and guest engagement.

Ensure smooth coordination between front and back-office functions.

Drive team motivation, career development, and succession planning.

Uphold high standards in systems operation, detail orientation, and compliance.

This role involves a practical, hands-on approach and includes covering work shifts as well.

About You

You're a confident, energetic hospitality professional who leads by example.

You have a strong background in front office operations and hotel systems.

You demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, leadership, and service excellence.

You thrive under pressure and inspire those around you to do the same.

You’re ready to step into a senior leadership role —and wish to move up to a EAM role.
