About the Role

Core Talent are seeking multiple Civil Supervisors to lead a diverse team delivering civil and construction scopes in active mining environments. You will be responsible for ensuring daily operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with project targets. You'll coordinate labour, subcontractors, plant and ensure compliance across all phases of delivery.

Duties

• Supervise civil and earthworks activities on-site
• Coordinate labour, plant, materials, and subcontractors
• Enforce safety, environmental and quality standards
• Monitor progress and report against schedule and scope
• Resolve issues affecting productivity and compliance
• Assist with site planning, mobilisation, and handover

Skills & Experience

• At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Section 44 or Schedule 26 (or currently completing)
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and compliance
• Experience with bulk earthworks or civil works in mining environments
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Solid knowledge of MSIA and OHS Acts and Regulations
