About the role
We are seeking a full time Level 2 Customer Support specialist to join our team at Zedmed.
With your customer service experience, you will enjoy working with people within a dynamic team, in a stimulating, fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to harness their application technical skills and kick start their career while learning all about Zedmed.
You will be responsible for supporting our clients using our Zedmed practice management software. Our clients are typically small to large GPs, hospitals, specialists, and allied health professionals. The successful applicant will be part of a vibrant and supportive team that take pride in providing our clients with great service.
Tasks & responsibilities
The key to being successful in this role lies in your ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of clients and quickly understand their issues and the resolution required. Technical and application support experience is preferred but the most important thing is that you are a strong, empathetic communicator.
Provide helpdesk service for application and technical support, covering all Zedmed products and services, while meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as necessary to resolve customer queries.
Communicate with software development and sales staff regarding product development and direction.
Collaborate with account management teams regarding client needs.
Be available to occasionally work outside business hours for client support.
Provide some administration support when necessary.
Qualifications & experience
Exceptional customer service skills with at least 2 years’ experience and the ability to build rapport and manage resolutions.
Experience with a Medical software will be an added advantage.
Proficient in using Windows operating system along with an intermediate level in using computer applications.
Be confident in providing clear communication - both verbally and written.
Be technically savvy with an inquisitive nature - someone who enjoys problem solving.
Technical support experience in a software company is extremely desirable but not essential.
Someone that enjoys challenges with the capability to work well with the team
Would be self-motivated and professional and confident with Technology
