About the Role

Haynes is seeking a motivated and detail-orientated Administrator to join our fast-paced and collaborative Team. This is a varied role where you will be responsible for supplier invoicing, customer invoicing, purchasing activities, timecard interpretation and general administration support. You will be working closely with the wider team to ensure processes run smoothy and effectively.

Qualifications and Experience

Required:

  • A sharp eye for detail with strong data entry skills and a focus on accuracy
  • Confidence using the Microsoft Office Suite - especially Excel and Outlook - to manage tasks and reporting effectively
  • Solid experience handling data and understanding its importance to business success
  • Experience entering and interpreting timecards for payroll
  • Experience processing and receipting supplier invoices
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset, with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships
  • Strong organisations and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved in general administration tasks, including email management, reception duties, receipting invoices, and candidate care calls to support the team

Desirable:

While not essential, the following will give you a head start:

  • A strong background in administration, time management and data entry roles, where you've juggled priorities and delivered results
  • Confidence in using business systems and a quick learner when it comes to new platforms
  • A continuous improvement mindset, always looking for ways to streamline processes and increase efficiency
