🔨 Experienced Estimator & Project/Contracts Administrator Roles – Luxury Residential Builder

We are currently expanding and looking to fill 2 roles:
👉 1. An Estimator to lead sales, quoting/ tendering and pre-construction phases
👉 2. A Project/Contracts Administrator to drive project delivery and financial control

We manage 4–5 large-scale custom builds at a time, each spanning 12–18 months, and deliver premium homes through a fully integrated design-and-construct model with our in-house architecture team.

📐 Role 1 – Estimator (Design & Pre-Construction Focus)
You’ll be responsible for producing accurate estimates, cost plans, BOQs and tender submissions during the design and quoting phase of our projects. Also contribute to the business processes and software systems implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare BOQs and detailed cost estimates
Assist sales quoting and value engineering
Develop tender specs and trade packages
Obtain subcontractor and supplier pricing
Help lead the upgrade and rollout of new estimating software
Interface with our design team and construction/ site team.
You’ll Bring:
3+ years’ experience in residential estimating
Buildxact, Excel, or similar estimating platform experience
Strong attention to detail and pricing accuracy
Strong understanding of estimating/ quantity surveying practices, tendering processes and estimating software
📂 Role 2 – Project/Contracts Administrator (Delivery Focus)
This role supports our project team during construction, helping with scopes, specs, purchase orders, and financial tracking from start to finish, including managing key relationships with clients and relevant project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Create scopes of work and specification docs
Prepare and issue purchase orders
Track budgets, variations, and payment schedules
Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
Assist with scheduling in Smartsheet in conjunction with PM and Site Managers
Keep project documentation accurate and up to date
You’ll Bring:
3+ years’ experience in a construction admin or contracts admin role
Excellent organisation and communication skills
Proactive and thorough approach to systems and detail
Bonus: Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar scheduling tools and other project management software
👤 About You
You’re methodical, systems-minded, and enjoy creating clarity and control through great documentation and diligence.
You’ll bring:
3+ years of residential estimating / contracts admin experience (custom or high-end preferred)
Strong understanding of building methods, materials, and pricing across trades
Proficiency in Buildxact, Excel or similar estimating / project management tools
Clear written and verbal communication skills
A proactive, self-managed approach to workload and collaboration
Bonus Points For:
Qualifications in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying
Exposure to a range of estimating platforms and digital tools
Experience using software such as Smartsheet, SketchUp or Buebeam (not essential)
