About your role:

As a Contract Administrator at N.U.S, you'll be at the helm of procurement and project administration, from the initial tender to project completion. Working across unique, high-value projects in a vibrant setting, you'll set the bar high for Contract Administrators and Project Coordinators, but it's not just about contracts; it's about delivering top-notch client service and expertly steering N.U.S clear of contractual and financial pitfalls.

DUTIES.

• Handle all contractual variations or issues with diligence
• Maintain project documents and assets
• Monitor/track financial status
• Mentor, train and support the Contract Administrator and Cadet
• Prepare monthly cost reports and forecast financial goals
• Prepare the documentation required for the procurement of subcontractors including tenders, pricing and the scope of work tender.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and consultants.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience in a contract’s administrator role
• Degree qualification in construction management or a related discipline
• Experience within construction, open to commercial or residential experience
• Experience working in the Australian market.
