RPA Developer | Brisbane | Permanent

We're proud to be partnering with a global organisation that is driving large-scale business transformation through automation and innovation. As part of their high-performing Business Improvement team, we're looking for an experienced RPA Developer to help identify, design, and implement automation solutions that drive efficiency and ROI.

In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams including Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Subject Matter Experts to analyse processes, uncover automation opportunities, and deliver solutions primarily using UIPath. You'll act as a key contributor through the full lifecycle of automation-from requirements and design through to deployment, support, and optimisation.

What you'll bring:

Strong hands-on experience with UIPath (Intermediate to Advanced)

Proven background delivering RPA/automation projects in complex environments

Experience working with APIs in automation

A collaborative mindset and ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders

Experience working in process redesign, testing (UAT), and ongoing optimisation

Bonus if you have knowledge of PowerApps, business analytics, or the travel industry
