Who are we?

Harvest Hotels is a fast-growing hospitality group committed to creating great experiences for our patrons, staff and investors.

We acquire quality, large format pubs in high growth regions and implement operational and capital improvements that add value for our guests, staff and investors. Our portfolio currently consists of 13 pubs across NSW and SA and we don’t plan on slowing down any time soon.

We plan to continue growing, and fast, and need a HR Generalist to work with the Head of People on building and executing the function to support our peoples and pubs get it done.

What do we need?

This new position, created to support the Head of People who is currently a team of 1, will play a critical part in keeping our people operations running smoothly. This role is a true generalist position, requiring you to wear a number of different hats. This means that no two days will look the same so if you thrive off variety with competing priorities, this is the role for you!

You will handle everything from hiring and onboarding to employee relations, performance support, and benefits. You'll be a go-to person for both employees and managers, supporting with any enquiries and employee matters, helping to create a positive, productive work environment and making sure our HR processes are clear, fair, and followed.

Who are you?

This role is perfect for a qualified HR practitioner with a few years' experience in a Coordinator or Generalist position, ready to advance their career. In this position, you will gain exposure and learn a lot very quickly so you must have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude, ready for anything!
