Salary range: $ 125,693 - $138,510 + superannuation and leave loading

Location: Parramatta or Gosford (2 - 3 day in office presence required)

What you'll be doing

As Senior Advisor, you'll play a key role in transforming how property services are delivered and regulated across NSW. You will:

  • Drive strategic initiatives to improve consumer protection and industry standards,
  • Build strong relationships with government, industry and community stakeholders,
  • Deliver education and uplift initiatives to support regulatory reform,
  • Lead research and data-informed projects that tackle key risks and harms in the sector,
  • Create meaningful improvements in licensing, conduct and professional standards,
  • Promote transparency, fairness and trust across the sector.

This is a high-impact role where your work will be visible, valued and make a real difference.

About You

You're someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and brings a balance of strategic thinking and practical delivery. You have:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • A passion for regulatory reform, social impact or sector improvement
  • Experience or knowledge in NSW's property, strata, real estate or consumer protection landscape (highly regarded but not essential)
