We’re currently seeking an enthusiastic and well-organised Service Advisor to join our team. This is a key front-of-house role suited to someone who thrives in a busy, customer-focused environment.
About the Role
As the Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers. Your role is to ensure a smooth and positive experience from booking to collection, while supporting the workshop team with clear communication and efficient workflow coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
Schedule service bookings and manage daily workshop calendar
Prepare and present repair quotes and invoices
Liaise between customers and mechanics to ensure accurate job delivery
Keep customers informed of progress, costs, and completion times
Accurately manage job cards and service records
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a service advisor or customer service role (automotive preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and time management
Friendly, approachable, and professional manner
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks a must
Sound computer skills
Valid driver’s licence
