Tardiss is a local Not-for-Profit organisation and a registered Charity.

Our professional, compliant and person-centred support for our participants has earned us ‘Best Practice’ according to our NDIS Audit, we are very proud of our achievements and those of our participants.

Tardiss is continuing to grow, and we have just had an intake of several new participants.

We are currently looking for only experienced support workers who hold the following mandatory requirements:

· NDIS Workers Screening Card (Yellow Card).

· Working with Children and Vulnerable People Check (Blue Card).

· Certificate III or IV in Aged Care and/or Disability Services or higher.

· Current Qld Drivers Licence.

· Completion of NDIS Workers Orientation Certificate.

· Own a Roadworthy, registered and insured vehicle.

· Can provide two work-related references from a supervisor or manager from previous employment.

· Can provide documentation if required for Right to Work.

We welcome candidates of all different backgrounds and identities to apply. We also have a number of male participants who prefer male support workers only and strongly encourage applicants who suit this requirement.

Tardiss pay rates are subject to the SCHADS Award.
