The Role
We are currently seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to provide high-quality care and support to individuals living with disabilities in their home and in the community. Your role will involve assisting with daily living, promoting independence, and contributing positively to each client’s well-being.

What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- Empathetic and caring nature
- Clear spoken and written English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work across various shifts (morning, afternoon, evening, weekends)
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent)
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates

-Medication administration and infection control Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
