About the role - Multi Venue Manager

As the Multi Venue Manager, you’ll oversee food and beverage operations across both existing and upcoming venues, including AFL Kitchen and Bar, Hudsons Coffee, and Gusto Pasta Bar. Your expertise will drive the successful implementation, development, and adherence to operational procedures, standards, and goals across these venues.
This role calls for a dynamic leader who excels in team management, innovation, and maintaining the highest standards of service and best practices in food and beverage. Your ability to build and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders will be key to your success.
Reporting to and working closely with the National Operational Manager, you’ll help align operational strategies with broader company objectives.
Your leadership will promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, team development, and delivering strong commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and drive the successful implementation, development, and growth of end-to-end operations within the venues you oversee
Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
Responsible for critical projects, including venue openings, operational improvements, marketing activations and operational procedures, recruitment, and standards, etc.
Strategically partner with key stakeholders and have robust supplier / contractor relationships
P&L accountability
Oversee, drive and maintain food safety and liquor compliance standards
Skills and Experience
Extensive experience in venue / multi site management within the hospitality industry
Exceptional leadership capabilities, with experience in team development and achieving operational excellence
Strategic thinker with a robust understanding of financial management and commercial drivers
Significant stakeholder management including suppliers, landlords and internal support office services
