At Storm Build Group, we specialise in roofing and storm damage repairs across South East QLD and Northern NSW. We work closely with experienced claims professionals to help homeowners navigate the insurance process after severe weather events.

We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated Lead Generator to join our team. In this role, you will connect with property owners in storm-affected areas and generate qualified leads for our claims and building team. You’ll combine in-field door knocking with phone-based outreach, working in targeted regions identified through data and mapping.

Every lead you generate helps homeowners take the first step toward restoring their property — and earns you great commission in the process.

What You’ll Do

Engage with homeowners via phone and door knocking

Target storm-affected areas within 45 minutes to 3 hours of Brisbane

Conduct visual roof inspections (metal & asbestos roofs only) to identify visible storm damage

Clearly explain our services and how we can assist

Complete inspection paperwork and submit leads to the internal team

Professionally represent the Storm Build Group brand in the field and over the phone

What You’ll Get

$55,000 base salary + super + uncapped commissions per qualified lead

Based from our Brisbane office, with regular travel to regional locations (day trips and occasional overnights)

What You’ll Need

Excellent people skills and confident phone manner

Comfortable approaching homeowners face-to-face

Physically fit and able to safely access roofs

Well-presented with fluent English and a professional attitude

Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel regionally

2+ years experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles

Highly self-motivated, honest, and detail-oriented with paperwork
