We’re on the lookout for a Training and Development Coordinator to lead learning, onboarding, and capability-building across our distributed workforce of social workers and allied health practitioners. This is a dynamic, high-impact role for someone who thrives on purpose, collaboration, and performance.
What You'll Be Doing
Shape onboarding programs for new practitioners that drive early engagement, integration, and confidence
Facilitate orientation and clinical onboarding, embedding compliance, professional standards, and organisational values
Deliver live and virtual training aligned to best-practice principles in healthcare and social work
Design blended learning programs using a mix of self-directed content, workshops, coaching, and performance support
Lead LMS implementation and management (Cornerstone experience a bonus) — tracking, reporting, and maintaining CPD standards
Collaborate cross-functionally with social work leads, clinical managers, and HR to align learning with quality and compliance
Coach, support and guide practitioners across their journey, from Day 1 to Month 12 and beyond
What You’ll Bring
Experience in L&D or training roles within health, community, education or related sectors
Strong ability to design, deliver and evaluate training programs across varied formats and levels
Knowledge of regulatory, quality, or professional development standards in social care or allied health
Confident stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g. Cornerstone) and Google Workspace for documentation
Bonus: exposure to AASW standards, healthcare onboarding, or defence/veteran communities
