Your Mission:

Drive apprenticeship outcomes. Be the go-to support across TAFE, Exemplar, and our in-house systems. Manage face-to-face check-ins, online reporting, and milestone tracking. Guide apprentices from day one to qualified trades, building confidence, consistency, and capability along the way.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

Coordinating up to 50 apprentices across multiple trades and regions

Monitoring training outcomes (TAFE & Exemplar) and maintaining enrolment compliance

Leading check-ins, skills assessments, and mentoring progress

Supporting team leaders with apprentice performance updates

Keeping the energy up and the vision clear—every step of the way

Who You Are:

A strong communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments

Detail-oriented, organised, and able to chase results without micromanaging

A coach at heart—with the ability to balance accountability and encouragement

Experienced in either trade, vocational education, or training coordination
