The Company

Our client is a market-leading food manufacturing business renowned for delivering high-quality products through operational excellence. They are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee and drive the execution of major capital projects at their manufacturing facility in regional Victoria. This role is pivotal in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the agreed scope and specifications.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Head of Engineering, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Leading the planning and execution of large-scale capital projects from concept through to completion.
• Managing multidisciplinary project teams to ensure seamless delivery of a major capital works program.
• Solving complex mechanical, electrical, or process engineering challenges where solutions may not be immediately apparent.
• Ensuring project delivery aligns with internal systems, processes, and quality standards.
• Identifying and driving continuous improvement opportunities across project execution and engineering practices.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A degree qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering (mandatory).
• At least 10 years' experience in project engineering and management within a complex food manufacturing environment.
• Proven success leading end-to-end delivery of multidisciplinary capital projects.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• A deep understanding of project management methodologies and reporting frameworks.
• Familiarity with NSW safety compliance and permit-to-work systems.
