We’re scaling rapidly and need a Senior Project Manager who can take ownership, lead with confidence, and help us continue delivering to an exceptional standard.

The Opportunity

This is a full-time, senior-level role based in Swan Hill or Bendigo, Victoria, with relocation packages are available for the right candidate (note, to be considered for this role, you must be based in Australia and have full working rights to live and work here).

You’ll be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and team guidance. You’ll act as a key leadership figure across the project lifecycle and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners. You’ll also play a key role in improving project delivery systems, mentoring junior staff, and shaping operational best practices across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects

Managing key client relationships with a focus on trust, transparency, and results

Overseeing schedules, budgets, risk, and quality control

Coordinating installers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure efficient, safe, and high-standard delivery

Mentoring junior project managers and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement

You Bring

Significant experience in project management, ideally within construction or infrastructure

A proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects

Strong financial and commercial acumen

Highly developed planning and coordination skills

Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking under pressure

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

Technical fluency across MS Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, and reporting tools
