Robert Half are proud to be working with a dynamic and forward-thinking business based in Melbourne CBD to recruit a part-time (0.5) Accounts Payable Specialist on a temporary to permanent basis.

This is a standalone role, perfect for someone who thrives in an autonomous environment and takes full ownership of the accounts payable function.

The role:

* Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process
* Processing supplier invoices
* Perform fortnightly payment runs and reconcile vendor accounts
* Weekly bank reconciliations
* Processing staff expenses
* Improve and make processes more efficient

Profile:

The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar role, as well as strong communication skills. The following attributes are also highly advantageous:

* Excellent attention to detail
* Proven track record of improving processes

Working hours: The 24 working hours are flexible across the week
