As we continue to grow rapidly, we’re looking for a Sales & Account Manager who’s excited to make a real impact. If you love sales but also love helping people succeed, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the face of fitbox to new and existing clients. That means:

Own the full sales cycle: Prospect, pitch, close, and onboard new gyms across Australia and NZ.

Be the trusted advisor: Build and maintain strong relationships with gym owners and managers, understand their goals, and help them succeed.

Show the value: Confidently communicate the benefits of fitbox, including our unique business model and ecosystem of partners.

Onboard like a pro: Deliver a smooth and engaging onboarding experience, ensuring every new client feels supported and excited.

Keep improving: Work with our product and support teams to streamline onboarding, solve customer challenges, and help shape the future of fitbox.

Hit goals: Drive toward monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and engagement targets.

What You’ll Bring

Ideally B2B SaaS sales or customer success/account management in a related field. This could include gym membership sales.

Confident communicator with excellent people skills — written, spoken, in person, and online.

Natural problem solver who listens first and tailors solutions.

You thrive in a startup environment — fast-paced, collaborative, sometimes messy, but always meaningful.

Passionate about the fitness industry — you might be a regular at your local gym or just passionate about health and wellness.

Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to own your work.
