Are you a recent engineering graduate or a technician with hands-on experience? Great, because we’re looking for passionate team members ready to dive into the world of energy efficiency. This isn't a "desk-only" role; you'll be actively onsite, using your skills to optimise building performance, tune BMS, enhance indoor air quality, and achieve ambitious goals like a 6-star NABERS energy rating. About You:

Recent graduate or technician with a diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, or Electronics Engineering.

Hands-on problem solver who's not afraid to get practical (hand tools, equipment tuning, and occasionally ladders).

Passionate about sustainability, eager to learn, and driven by results.

Basic understanding of HVAC Systems or Building Management Systems is a bonus.

Comfortable with data analysis (Excel/Google Suite).

Strong communicator who enjoys teamwork and making things happen.

Possess a valid driver license issued by an Australian State Authority.
