We’re Harding Steel, a well-respected steel supplier based in Geebung, North Brisbane. We’re looking for a motivated Junior Salesperson who’s not afraid to get their hands dirty, roll up their sleeves, and jump into a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

👊 About the Role

This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone ready to start strong and grow quickly.
To begin with, you’ll spend your first 4 weeks in the factory—learning the products inside and out. Understanding what we sell and how we work is crucial to setting you up for success.

This isn’t your average desk job. You’ll be:

Learning the ropes in the warehouse

Assisting with small order pick-ups and deliveries (must be physically fit)

Working with the team on a variety of tasks

Learning how to quote, sell, and keep customers happy

Growing into a confident sales professional

🎯 What We Offer:

$60K–$75K salary depending on experience

Hours:
▪ Monday–Thursday: 7:30am – 4:30pm
▪ Friday: 7:30am – 3:30pm (early knock-off!)
