Care Manager (Registered Nurse) required within a large aged care group in a medium sized home based in South Gippsland.
As the Care Manager you will oversee all of the Clinical running of this small facility, reporting to the Facility Manager.

The Requirements:

• Registered Nurse DIV 1 - AHPRA Registered
• Demonstrated clinical leadership skills as a Clinical Manager or Care Manager in aged care
• The proven ability to manage time efficiently
• Willingness to accept responsibility & accountability
• Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards
• Thorough understanding of continuous improvement.
• Superior communication skills both written and verbal.
• Highly organised and an ability to use and set up systems
• Experience in managing/mentoring care staff and success in managing change.
