The Opportunity
You’ll begin your journey as a Customer Service Officer within our Financial Advisory division. This is not your average admin role — it’s a structured fast-track to become a fully-fledged Financial Advisor. You’ll gain exposure to real clients, shadow experienced advisors, and be supported through your Professional Year (PY).

What You’ll Be Doing

Providing high-level administrative and customer support to our Financial Advisors

Learning the ins and outs of compliance, client onboarding, and advice documentation

Sitting in on client meetings and gradually taking on more responsibility

Receiving hands-on mentoring from senior advisors

Progressing into advice delivery as you complete your Professional Year

About You

Degree-qualified in Financial Planning, Commerce, Accounting, Business, or similar

Genuinely interested in becoming a Financial Advisor

Based in (or willing to relocate to) Rockhampton
