About the role

Rockingham Mazda is seeking a driven and ambitious New Vehicles Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in Rockingham, WA 6168. This is a full-time permanent position that offers excellent opportunities for career progression and development within a leading automotive dealership.

What you'll be doing

Engage with customers to understand their specific vehicle requirements and provide expert advice on the Mazda range

Demonstrate vehicles and coordinate test drives to showcase the features and benefits

Negotiate sales effectively to secure new vehicle orders and deliveries

Manage the full sales process from initial inquiry to final delivery, ensuring a seamless customer experience

Maintain detailed records and provide timely reporting on sales activities

Continuously expand your product knowledge to become a trusted automotive expert

Support the wider sales team to achieve individual and shared targets

What we're looking for

Proven sales experience, ideally within the automotive industry or a similar fast-paced, customer-facing environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers

Excellent negotiation and closing abilities to secure sales

Passion for the automotive industry and a genuine interest in Mazda's innovative product range

Highly motivated and driven to achieve individual and team sales targets
